Whiskey Dinner with Journeyman Distillery

The Chopping Block and Journeyman Distillery are teaming up to bring you an evening full of mouth-watering seasonal food, artisan whiskey & cocktails!
Journeyman Distillery, located in Three Oaks, Michigan, produces 100% grain-to-bottle artisan spirits with a focus on whiskey. As one of the few certified organic & kosher distilleries in the United States, Journeyman is dedicated to producing the highest quality spirits from grains sourced throughout the Midwest. Known for their flagship Last Feather Rye Whiskey, Journeyman also produces an assortment of other whiskies and spirits that will be tasted throughout the dinner.
Rob Krass from Journeyman Distillery, a 17 year veteran in the spirits business, will share his knowledge and expertise of craft spirits while one of our talented Chopping Block chef instructors prepares a delicious, whiskey-friendly meal.
This demonstration class includes a full 4-course meal alongside a curated whiskey & cocktail paring of Journeyman spirits, so come hungry and thirsty! Each student will go home with a bottle of Journeyman OCG (Old Country Goodness) Apple Cider Liqueur made from un-aged rye whiskey, Michigan apple juice, Michigan apple cider and a blend of secret spices!
