Blaum Bros. Whiskey Revelry
January 25 @6:30 pm-9:00 pm$300
Enjoy an ever so casual night with Matt and Mike Blaum on the eve of the 2nd annual Galena Whiskey Weekend! Blaum Bros. Distilling Co. will shut down on Friday, January 25th for a private event and tour with the brothers, where you’ll dip into some barrels to gain a deeper understanding of their passion. In addition, be among the only enthusiasts to ever officially taste the brothers’ first barrel pick for their own personal stash (never for sale in the past, present, nor future), “Founders’ Stash: Big Red’s Droid” — the most exceptional MGP barrel they’d come across in their stocks, yielding only 26 bottles.
To cap the night off, each attendee will receive their very own Founders’ Stash Oldfangled Knotter Bourbon (12yo), personally selected for this private event (135.7 proof, 23 bottle yield). No further bottles from this barrel will ever be sold.
Included in the price:
Heavy hors d’oeuvres
Personal tour of Blaum Bros. Distilling Co. from the Blaums
Tastes from the barrel of:
Blaum Bros. Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel (a future release)
Oldfangled Knotter Bourbon Single Barrel (future Founders’ Stash)
Exclusive Founders’ Stash 12yo CS bottling (1 per attendee)
Taste of Oldfangled Founder’s Stash “Big Red’s Droid”
$300 per person.
To book, please go to http://www.blaumbros.com/book-a-tour and go to the 25th of January. Tickets will be available on Friday, November 30th at 12pm. First come, first served.
Thems the Rules:
Limited to 18 attendees maximum.
Only one person per transaction (each attendee will need to book for themselves).
No refunds for cancellation, unless someone died or you lost a limb due to gangrene (smells like almonds). Worst case, you’ll still get your bottle.
Your ticket is not transferrable. The name you sign up with will need to be on your photo ID when you show up the night of the event.
While we love bottle shares, please don’t bring bottles to the distillery since we’re hosting this event in the bar.
While we have many friends in the community, we need to give everyone a fair chance at this. Please do not contact the owners or any distillery employees to ask for a guaranteed slot.
