What’s My Age Again? An exploration of Non Age Statement (NAS) Whisk(e)y

Join Sable Kitchen & Barβs Beverage Director Jenee Craver for a night of whisk(e)y! Guests will have the chance to explore eight varieties, all without age statements, hand-selected to showcase truly unique spirits based on terroir, barrel treatment and finish. Tickets include hors d’oeuvres crafted by Chef Amber Lancaster and Β½ oz pours of: Ballechin #6 Bourbon, Clynelish Special Reserve 2015, Old Forester 1920, Parker’s Heritage 12th ed. Barrel Finish, Kaiyo Whisky Japanese Mizunara Oak (cask strength), Hibiki Harmony, Egan’s Fortitude and Green Spot Pot Still.
