2018 Annual ‘Hide & Seek’ Whisky Dinner

Land and Sea Dept. is pleased to again be involved in the now fifth annual Hide & Seek dinner, in partnership with Longman & Eagle and Monique Huston, a special off-site event celebrating WhiskeyFest Chicago.
The event, taking place here at our studio, brings Longman’s bar and culinary team together alongside a fantastic group of distillers and producers of whiskey for an evening of conversation, drinking, food and more.
This year, representatives from a number of craft distillers – J Reiger, Signatory, That Boutique-y Whisky Company, Osocalis, and Chicago Distilling among them – will be on hand to discuss their various processes and taste their products, set within the context of a seated dinner.
